How to submit wine samples

Just follow instructions below

1.

Fill in the registration form by clicking the icon on the right (for each wine separately) by 15th September 2024. In response, we will provide you with a proforma invoice and a PayPal link for your credit card. ​Submissions paid before 10th of April get additional 20% discount.

2.

Pay the applicable submission fee via credit card or bank transfer. The fee depends on the number of samples submitted:

1 sample = EUR 120
2 samples = EUR 220 (EUR 110 per sample)
3 samples = EUR 300 (EUR 100 per sample)
4 samples and more = EUR 90 per sample
​
Special offer: Every five samples (EUR 450)
allows you to submit further three free of charge.

3.

Ship your samples by the 5th of October
(3 bottles per sample) to the TPWA office at:

We recommend that you enclose a proforma invoice with a note "No commercial value. Not for sale". For wine from a non-EU country, please affix the invoice to the outside of the package.

The proforma invoice should inform about:
  • The name of the wine
  • Alcohol content
  • The lowest possible value
    (we need it only for custom clearance)
  • Delivery term (DDP Incoterm)

4.

Wait for the official announcement of the results. Your diplomas will be immediately delivered by email. If you need medal stickers, fill in the medal form attached to our email and send it back to contact@choiceofpoland.com. Once the proforma invoice is paid, your medals will be shipped.

5.

Pay for the medals via bank transfer or credit card. The labels come in rolls of 1000 pcs.

2000-5000 pcs. = EUR 29 per 1000 pcs; 
6000-10000 pcs. = EUR 25 per 1000 pcs; 
11000-15000 pcs. = EUR 23 per 1000 pcs;
over16000 pcs. = EUR 19 per 1000 pcs.
 
Minimal order - 2000 pcs.
